What’s your favorite thing to cook?

I have several things I love to cook.. although I must say that I love baking more so than cooking..

I learned to cook from my late grandmother, followed by my sister ..Cooking in the Caribbean is a Sunday ritual for most family as it’s the weekend and the majority of people are home on the weekend..it may have changed a bit nowadays but it’s still relevant

I love to make roast chicken and vegetables because it’s almost a set it and forget type of meal with an occasional check in to see how things are progressing.Another meal I love cooking is a slow cooker roast beef

and roast pork too. I enjoy the tenderness of the meat when it’s cook in that manner.. I could go on about a lot of things I love to cook.. especially my Caribbean style made from scratch Macaroni and cheese pie.. how delicious it is.. everyone one loves it..

This prompt just gave me another idea I could write a cookbook.. 🙇‍♀️. I’m off to brainstorm my recipes. Stay tuned 😁
